Comprising of 2 bathrooms, both with showers and toilets, one bathroom has a bath, which is ideal for 2 families! 4 bedrooms with 2 x Queen Beds, 1 x Single bunk beds and 1 x single bunk with double bed to accommodate for 10 people. Some bedrooms with ceiling fans and air conditioning in living. All bedrooms have electric heating. Property features include TV, WIFI available, dishwasher, and washing machine. Outdoor entertaining area with BBQ and large carport. Located just opposite park and children's playground, walking distance to Eildon shopping village, local swimming pool and Goulburn River. 5 minutes to boat ramp. Please note the following: • Doonas/pillows/tea towels/bath mats are provided; however, guests must provide their own doona & pillow covers, sheets and towels. (BYO) • The minimum stay is 2 nights & 3 nights for any long weekend/public holidays. The property was ideal for our extended family with plenty of bedding options. We were disappointed with the BBQ and outdoor area. The BBQ was old, tired looking and not as clean as we would have liked so we chose not to use it, also the outdoor area was covered in cobwebs.
