"Stunning hotel in the heart of Lyon! We stayed as a family of 3 for just one night and still managed to enjoy the beautiful hotel, the breakfast, and the pool in the morning. The pool is long and narrow but great for both kids and a quick swim. The only downside was a late 10pm check-in. Our room wasn’t ready and the night receptionist struggled to offer us another room that fit 3 people. It took over an hour to resolve, which was tough with 2 tired kids. My advice: contact the hotel before a late arrival to make sure everything is set. Aside from that, it’s a real gem and totally worth stopping by!"

"We really enjoyed our stay. The hotel is very centrally located with easy access to Vieux Lyon. The rooms were clean, quiet and well appointed. The staff was very helpful. We had our dig with us and felt welcome with a comfortable dog bed and bowls provided. There is a nice riverside walk nearby to stretch his legs. We thought that the hotel was very good value for money give the amenities (lovely pool and spa area) and the quality of the service. We hope to return in the future."

"We had a lovely one night stay and enjoyed using the pool and doing the wine tasting experience. Our evening meal was first class and the service immaculate. The bar area was a little disappointing and feels in need of a bit of a makeover. The grounds are fabulous although it was a little too hot to do much exploring. We had a duplex room which was fine for 1 night but I would upgrade if I went again. The lights were very strange and you could not go to the toilet downstairs on a night without putting on all the downstairs lights and waking other people.Breakfast was good but not exceptional."

"Only stayed one night but this hotel was great. They offer their spa at just 15 euro for one hour. I had it all to myself which was great. They have a sauna, stream, and jet tub. The breakfast at the restaurant was well served and had many options."

"As I've often found, with French ladies-of-a-certain-age, they appear not to care about whether you feel welcome or not. I don't know if this is just me, because of my British accent, or to tourists in general. The room was very good. It was a blessing to get a night-cap at the bar after returning at night. But here's my REAL BEEF! This is an AC hotel. Wonderfully cool (though not as cool as in the US, I respect that, as energy costs are so high in Europe) when we arrived in our room. Still cool when we went to bed. Half way through the night I awoke to sheets sodden with my sweat because the AC had gone off at some unspecified time. Monsiuer ou Madame Logis Hotels, Either your hotel is air conditioned or its not. Don't cheapskate us!"
