"Reasonable Motel. When checked in asked what time the spa closed, was advised not till morning time. I tried to go for a spa at 6pm and the gates were locked, manager advised was closed already. On the first day for housekeeping we returned to find the bed was just pulled up over clothes, the floor was not swept, very sandy, no fresh milk, or new toiletries. just fresh bin bag. Water stayed hot for less than a minute then went warm each shower, weird."

"There was an initial problem with our booking. My mother is 81 and needed an accessible bathroom. The room advertised did not have accessibility as advertised online however Tam, at the front desk, went out of her way to make certain that my booking was corrected and that our stay was great. Thank you for wonderful hospitality."

"Great newly refurbished room, perfect for our needs. Worst designed shower though, seriously needs either a door on it or a better 'rubber edge' which actually stops the water from going all over the bathroom floor. Breakfast was good, but very, very slow service, 45 minutes for an egg & bacon roll and eggs benedict. Overall though, a great place to stay."

"We stayed in the 3 bedroom house and it was lovely. Plenty of spare towels, too, which is always a plus. The managers were extremely friendly and helpful, both via texts and in person. NB: Parking was quite tight.Also, the electric blanket is broken in the middle room. "
