8.4/10 Very good! (669 reviews)
We stayed at the hotel in early September experiencing excellent service. Receptionist Lilian allowed us to park our car there before the check-in time so that we could spend most of the day exploring Oslo. She was so patient and showed us the best ways to get to a few places in the city. Other staff were also very helpful. Clean everywhere, including large and shared kitchen and bath rooms. Breakfast was excellent. The hotel is next to a large playground in a very quiet residential area. Will stay there when coming to Oslo in the future.

8.6/10 Excellent! (88 reviews)
Well sized 1 bedroom apartment with fresh decor, comfortable bed and excellent shower. Good location near all types of public transportation. Value for money was exceptionally good. I particularly liked the way that the front and room doors could be unlocked from a mobile phone!

9/10 Wonderful! (72 reviews)
A wonderfully kept old building with lots of character. It would’ve been great to have stayed in the main building but we were allocated a room in the new annex. Very clean and orderly with the atmosphere of an officers’ mess. It was very quiet except for a small conference group. It is a walk away from the Navy Museum plus others. Pleasant walks are all round the property. While not the usual hotel experience it was novel.

9/10 Wonderful! (1,346 reviews)
"A beautiful and rustic property a little bit north of Oslo. We stayed during October, which was not the height of winter sport season and skiing, so while it was busy, it wasn’t overwhelming. You get some of the best views of Oslo being so high up, so definitely recommend it if you’re looking to ..."
