True waterfront on acreage so you have lots of privacy! We have great rates and fall availability. Perfect for large groups as it sleeps up to 12 in 5 bedrooms. 2 Baths, waterfront 3 season porch, fireplace, waterfront firepit, tennis court, private, huge fishing pier and harbour.

Some listings say they are are waterfront, but are across a street or parking lot. This is really waterfront. Imagine waking up to the sight and sound of lapping water, birds and rustling trees right outside your windows. Grab your coffee and step outside the porch and 50 feet down to the water to watch the the ducks, geese, jumping fish and sailboats cruising in the distance. Grab your fishing pole and head to the private pier and harbor to test your skill. Or step across the driveway to play a few sets of tennis or pickleball on the private tennis court.
After a day exploring the property or Door County and grilling your dinner on the propane grill on the patio, sit around the waterside firepit (firewood provided) to enjoy a fabulous sunset and trade stories while making and eating smores.

The lawn slopes gently to the waterline where you can step right into the bay to swim, fish, or launch your own kayak. The large patio with gas grill and plenty of seating and tables overlooks the bay as well.

Bring up to 2 dogs, it is dog heaven with woods, shoreline and lots of space indoors and out. .

This beautiful cottage is part is part of a large, family owned compound for over 100 years with extensive acreage, lots of history and privacy. A classic Door County 'cottage' (if 5 large bedrooms can be called a cottage) you will enjoy hundreds of feet of walk into the water private waterfront (with more waterfront at the private pier/harbor) . Not a condo, motel in sight (or sound).

Play tennis or pickleball on the tennis court (or let the kids blow off steam and ride their trikes or play dodgeball on it - safe from traffic). The large, private pier provides fishing and stargazing opportunities.

Inside - Central A/C, wifi and smart TV are provided. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, flatware, cookware and electrics including pot and single serve coffee makers, crockpot, griddle, mixer. We also provide a water cooler with bottled water.

This cottage sleeps up to 12 in real beds in real bedrooms. There are no pullouts or inflatables here so everyone will get a good nights rest and be ready for the next day's adventures. If you are no fan of staircase there are 3 light filled bedrooms (1 king, 2 queens) and a bathroom downstairs, and upstairs there are 2 large bedrooms (3 twins each) with a TV /gaming/reading nook and a bathroom, perfect for a retreat.
A nice sized living/dining room with a gorgeous fireplace and a kitchen are on the first floor, as well as that waterfront 3 season porch.
There is plenty of parking available adjacent to the house as well as parking for a boat/trailer if needed.

The Annex is up to 2 well mannered dog friendly. Your "water' dogs will be so happy here!

Great location a few minutes from the boat launch at Frank Murphy County Park, historic Horseshoe Bay Farms, downtown Egg Harbor, farm stands, wineries, art galleries, boutiques, golf, mini-golf, hiking, biking and dining options ranging from casual to full out splurges.

Although Annex sleeps up to 12, our direct book rates are reasonable so why not have lots of room, privacy and waterfront instead of condo and nosy neighbors?
