The Hotel was wonderful. Accept the 3 nights we stayed the A/C did not work for the whole building. They said would be fixed day after we left. Check with Hotel and make sure it’s functioning first if weather is hot. We were lucky that 2 nights the weather was cold enough not to feel the effect, but 3rd night we felt a bid hot in the room. As it’s right across from the Tram and busy street, almost impossible to have doors open for colder air as noise is worse. Overall a great experience and highly recommend the hotel. Staff was wonderful and property is historical. Highly suggest.

"We arrived in the evening after a long day of driving and was greeted by very friendly staff who had already set up travel cots for our children in the room.
