"First of all, the gentleman that checked us in at front desk was outstanding!! He was the most friendly, personable and professional hotel manager that we’ve ever experienced! His exceptional interactions with us continued throughout our stay! Also, the hotel service staff were all very friendly, kind and efficient! The hotel facilities were awesome in every way: looked new, clean, fresh and bright with great amenities! We were very happy with our handicap-friendly room features! "The staff was very welcoming. It was very clean. It’s an old days in, but it isn’t relatively good shape. I enjoyed my stay. It was very quiet. "

"Walked in and first thing I noticed was how lovely it smelled and how clean it was. Best part is that it stayed that way throughout my whole stay there. Staff were great except for one blond lady at the front desk. Literally everyone else….. amazing!! Unfortunately, no staff uniform or name badges to help identify the workers, but that never affected the way they worked. Hard working folks wanting and willing to help make my stay a good one. Breakfast time and are always clean and stocked. Food tasted good. Daily breakfast staff were always helpful. Unfortunately the pool wasn’t working the whole time there. They had no idea she that would be up and running either. That was a bummer! The room was great. Clean, spacious and the beds……. Awwwwww, so wonderfully comfortable. The pillows were AMAZING!!! I need those pillows for my home. 😊 Sadly, the water pressure from my shower was extremely weak. That wasn’t great, but doable. Had no choice. Overall, I would definitely sta there again! "

"I tried to cancel due to mistakenly booking at a wrong destination. I tried calling and email but only got transferred to some 3 rd party sight that I couldn’t open, phone calls were not answered . Bad experience I was charged for nothing."

"Pool was empty and covered. Room dusty smelling and floor not swept. I think they mean well but is a work in progress."

"I ended up staying a week waiting to close on new home. Hotel was nice, hot tub and pool was awesome! Unfortunately many guest coming and going all hours of night slamming doors, and loud talking. Asked manager to move me to another room, but refused to accommodate me. Guess it doesn’t matter if their ratings go down. Several homeless lurking around area, and appeared to be drugged up! Apparently this town has a drug problem. "
