"This property is fantastic for what it is: a budget-friendly, no-frills kind of place. As long as you go in knowing that, I recommend this spot. It's down the hill from the highway (away from the fast food strip and the other hotels). Parking is free around the back. The staff (I believe that it's a family that runs it) is very friendly and welcoming. The halls and rooms are dated, yes, but everything was very clean. The AC and the fridge worked well. And the wifi had a good enough signal to work. The bed was comfortable, and I found the property quiet."

"Our host Nora was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the area. She gave us great information on places to see and restaurants. The B&B is a museum with beautiful collections of china and dolls. We really enjoyed our stay in Grand Falls."
