"Very close to the 3 sisters. Staff were helpful and friendly but the property was not well cleaned. Mould in the shower and on the bathroom roof and a good layer of dust on lamps, side of beds, walls ect. One of the beds missing a sheet. Wouldn't stay again."

"No working day spa, pool heater broken and no pool table in the games room - not the resort we paid for. We used to love Lillianfels, now it seems the new owners are not only charging more, but providing less service. We won't be back."
