Family gathered at "Creamsicle" because we were displaced by Hurricane Helene. The size and layout is good, but some fixtures, furniture, etc. are pretty old and in pretty poor condition (warped and peeling walls, loose legs on dining room table, etc.) Worst problem: the sliding glass door to enter the living space from the front deck had badly deteriorated and was VERY hard to slide open/closed.
