It is located about one block from the beach and overlooks a peaceful lagoon. There is a mature tree dripping with Spanish moss overhanging the upstairs deck. A quick walk to the ocean, a quiet atmosphere, and a beautiful back yard lagoon. The home had ample space for our family of 6\. Check in and check out was easy as well. The house exterior decks were very dirty, but sweeping and wiping the railings our first day helped a lot. The inside was clean apart from the floors being dirty, but the toilet and shower faucets ran constantly, and some of the hardware was quite corroded (thankfully the corroded sharp handles were in our bathroom and not the ones our children used). The light switches weren't set up to turn on the bedroom lamps either (there were no overhead bedroom lights). Despite some of the needed maintenance, the house served us well and was in such a great location to enjoy nature and have a peaceful environment. Hopefully the rental company installs some updated plumbing fixtures and takes attention to some small details that would make the property even better! ##### Alyssa M. The beds were not clean. The lights in the house flickered the whole time. The air conditioning wasn’t cooling right. The house temperature was 80 degrees. After messaging the host they said “the a/c was doing the best it could” and I never heard back. ( we had friends at a neighboring house across the street and their house was cooling just fine) Minimum household supplies for cleaning up. No toilet paper in a house that has 3 bathrooms house!
