I reserved room with 2 beds and they don’t have that room type. Instead they gave me room with pullout sofa. Now my sone will have to sleep on pullout sofa which is very inconvenient and uncomfortable.

Per Expedia this hotel had a pool and hot tub. This is why I booked at this hotel, when arriving and checking in, we find the pool and hot tub are closed. I would have chosen a different hotel if I knew. Very disappointed with Expedia.

The waffle maker during breakfast was nice to have and enjoy. And staff are very accommodating. Check out states 11am on the hotel sign but on Expedia it says noon. So we left at noon and no one gave us an issue.

We booked this hotel specifically for the pool and hotel, it was not announced anywhere that the pool and hot tub were closed. Also, the room was super stuffy/moldy smelling and then the a/c was so very loud, it made it difficult to sleep. Then the guests upstairs were so loud, running, stomping, slamming doors, loud music all at 2am! I call and informed the front desk but to no avail. Our bathroom was so musty, had rust stains all over and the hot water was super slow to be heated up. We're not satisfied with our stay and feel like we were way overcharged for a poor quality hotel.

When I arrived at the property, I was highly disappointed that one of my filters was access to the pool only to find out that the pool was closed down indefinite not to mention I arrive before check out time to make sure that I was on time and still, the room was unavailable at my scheduled time The room was not sanitary. The hot tub was not clean and did not work properly. The TV was limited channels. I was definitely unsatisfied and will never return to this facility. There was limited food availability in the area. The pictures on the website look a lot better than the rooms actually are it’s more like a hotel than a motel For the price and the holding fee it was absurd if you’re looking for a good place to stay please avoid going to this place
