"I love this hotel, the family that runs it are very accommodating. If I could change anything, it would be the breakfast - add some whole grain offerings."

"Room wasn’t clean with hotel standards, the installations are very worn out. Good area in FIDI, there is a city bank bike station right in front. No help from staff to get transportation to airport but most of the staff were very nice, specially security guy at night, he was very very polite and friendly. Overall an ok stay, but if you are looking to get nice basic amenities DON’T stay here. I forgot to take pictures but their towels are ripped and smell terrible. I had to buy 2 towels to use during my stay since their white linens sucked. "

"Everything was great, I had a great time with my kids, the only thing I’ll suggest is to keep the pool clean. The water looked murky and the whole time I was at the pool I didn’t see anyone cleaning around. Besides the pool, everything was perfect."

"I found out there is no direct shuttle from and back to the airport. Wish I had know that. "

"The hotel was a little dated, but it was fine. There were people fighting in the hall. The in-room phone did not work. I called the front desk on my cell and they answered and immediately put me on hold-for 20 minutes. It was scary. I did not feel safe with the fighting and not being able to get hold of the front desk in a timely manner. I dont think I will stay here again. "
