House easily sleeps 14 people in beds with more on a case by case basis with permission by owner on sofa beds. 5 Bedrooms plus office and study rooms. No pets allowed. New Gourmet Chef's Kitchen comprised of Wolf & Subzero appliances, 2 large dining tables, island, buffet counter tops and breakfast nook with multiple dining areas to entertain family and friends. Four large glass doors open up to a deck and screened porch which overlook expansive blue stone patios, in-ground heated stone pool, outdoor dining area and outdoor fireplace. There is a gas barbecue, plenty of lounge chairs, screened porch furniture, outdoor dining table, and outdoor seating for up to 20 plus people. The sprawling grass areas give you the option to kick the soccer ball, toss a horseshoe or play corn hole if you don’t want to stroll downtown or to Edgartown Lighthouse Beach! This two-story house overlooks a new black stone pool, bluestone patios, outdoor fireplace and grounds. The house has 5 bedrooms in total. Multiple Master Suites, two first floor master suites/baths with King size beds, first floor study with Sofa/Day Bed, 3 upstairs suites with their own full baths including one large master suite with 2 King Size Beds and 2 other 2nd floor bedroom suites with their own baths with a King size bed in each, as well as another office with half bath over the carriage house garage. Total Bed Count: (5 King size Beds, 1 Queen Bunk Bed, with additional sofa beds able to be used with permission of the owner.
