Location is convenient and staff are friendly / helpful.
The negatives are lack of air conditioning during the summer. Tough during the heatwave.
Also, we had to wait 2.5 hours for check in when we arrived as they weren’t able to finish cleaning until almost 7 pm.

The main hotel building is beautiful and well maintained, creating a great first impression. However, the separate apartment buildings where our room was located felt much smaller and did not meet the standards I would expect from a four-star property. The staff were friendly and accommodating throughout our stay, and the breakfast was excellent—the highlight of the experience.
