We had a lovely stay and did all the tourist things! We loved having the bikes to see the town! Thanks for a great and comfortable place to rest our heads.
The carriage house was absolutely beautiful and exactly as described. Very quiet and peaceful town and getting to know the locals was definitely a highlight. Our host Judy definitely lived up to all her accolades, she is a gem for sure. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking to rest and relax. Many great memories made!
What a lovely place! Everything was beautiful, the bed was very comfortable and the living area is cozy and relaxing. Kitchenette well equipped. Super close walk to everything and we loved the front porch (even in the cold!)
This is our second time here and we will come back. Seeing the water from your bedroom window is wonderful! Close to everything yet quiet and peaceful. Enjoyed our time on the front porch.
Great weekend getaway! Property is beautiful and the cottage is very cute and clean! The location is awesome and walking distances to all the hot spots. We came by boat so this was very important! Can’t wait to come back!
We had the absolute best time!! Everything was beautiful and very clean! We stayed the weekend to celebrate our anniversary! It was just a short walk to the downtown area for eating, shopping, and exploring!. We had wonderful weather!! We took the town trolley tour, as well as, walked around to visit the historical sites! We had a delicious dinner at The Herringbone. Everyone was very friendly and nice. We ended our stay watching a gorgeous sunset over the water from the front porch! So quiet and peaceful! Just what we needed! Thanks so much for sharing your carriage house! We will definitely stay again!

We biked around the historic district and sat on the front porch of the main house with our host Judy and her friends one evening. Great location across from Queen Anne Park and an easy bike ride to downtown. Clean, comfortable space for quiet getaway.

Hunter and his Mum are as sweet as they come! The location of this rental is amazing… right on the water and walking distance to the quaint little town. We had an incredible dinner at Herringbones. Overall, we enjoyed some quiet time in Edenton and I highly recommend this rental.
We had an amazing time exploring Edenton from this wonderful home base on Water Street. We thoroughly enjoyed the carriage house, bikes, fabulous location, and evenings on the front porch. We did so much— but we ran out of time before we saw it all. We cannot believe we have never been to Edenton before. We will be back!
Edenton is amazing. This property is one of the premier properties for 2 guests. Exquisitely decorated and appointed. Scrupulously clean. Easy walking to downtown and attractions. We can’t recommend it highly enough.
We have been to Edenton several times since discovering it in 2021, having stayed at The Carriage House every time. The porch views of the Albemarle Sound are breathtaking! You will enjoy shopping on Main Street ( 5 min walk), the friendly folks and close restaurants. If you are a history buff there is much to see and learn about in this charming town.
The Carriage House is in a wonderful location; quiet, beautiful and easy walking distance to Broad Street. The rooms were lovely! Every amenity was available, plus the ambience was very comfortable, with a touch of luxury. The property manager and staff were readily accessible, but allowed my daughter and me to enjoy the garden area as if it were our own. I'd readily return for another stay.
The property was perfect. It is clean, beautifully decorated, and in a great location. Our host was very accessible and welcoming. The location is great if you want to be able to bike or ride all through historic Edenton. I would recommend to everyone.
This property is beautiful and just as pictured. Bed is super comfy. It’s walking distance to downtown Edenton & restaurants. Perfect for a morning stroll to the coffee shop. Hunter was excellent at responding to my questions.
