Can't say enough good things about our stay. Perfect location, cozy, great unit size for 2 couples and easy communication with owner. There is only one bathroom but it worked for us. Highly recommend

Great Spot

House is in an amazing spot! Parked the car and never needed it again, Edenton has so much to offer within walking distance. The bikes are an amazing touch, rode through town and out to the Hayes Plantation. Highly recommend this property, owner is a fantastic communicator and went out of the way to be sure we had everything we needed.

Anniversary weekend

Loved the location of the property. Beautiful views. Close by to all the local shops, restaurants. We love to walk and check out the scenery when traveling. The weather was amazing. Would recommend notifying guest on the site that the only bathroom is actually in 1 of the bedrooms.

Perfect Location

I booked this home based on its location in the historic area in Edenton to attend a memorial service for a friend. The service was taking place at the Chowan Arts center. I didn’t know when I booked that it was located right next door to the Arts Center. We were delighted not only with the location but the lovely accommodations! It is comfortable, clean and well appointed. I would definitely recommend!

Great Getaway

This home was the perfect getaway. The location is ideal and you can walk to everything. The living area was comfortable and had everything you needed for a short stay. I would not recommend this for two couples due to the bathroom situation - one bathroom located in a bedroom. However, for a family, it would be fine.

Best location in town!

Lots to love about this cute rental. Location, location, location! Small but well appointed and immaculately clean. Decorated in coastal style. Bikes and rocking chairs on the porch a big plus! We met Van Dee while hanging out on the front porch - nice to put a face to the name. Would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend.

Edenton gem!

My husband and I really enjoyed this space so much! Location was even better than we expected and very charming all around. We used the beach cruiser bikes and road to the park and pier and acted like kids. We could walk everywhere and we’re impressed with the friendly folks we met around town. We’ll be back!

Had a great time in Edenton. The house is truly close to every. The apartment was clean. I would recommend having ice trays. Also a more visible house number. Overall it was a great place to stay. Thank you.

This location was perfect. Once I parked my car I never needed to use it until departure. The rental was nicely decorated with a costal vibe and extremely clean and comfortable. You are within walking distance of shops restaurants and historic buildings. The town itself is neat and clean and friendly and very walkable with amazing historic homes to enjoy .

THE Best Location

We thoroughly enjoyed the location of this Vrbo: walking distance to everywhere! It is across the street from the waterfront & from a great restaurant, The Herringbone, and around the corner from Broad Street, the main thoroughfare of this quaint small town. Van-Dee was very accommodating and helpful at check-in. Loved the front porch where we could sit and eat the delicious ice cream we found in the kitchen freezer as we waved to walkers passing by. May have to come back here in the future!

Amazing location.

The house was very welcoming. And the communications with the host was quick and very helpfull. The full kitchen was a big plus. The front porch views are what cought my wifes attention and they didnt disappoint.The water views and views of the park were very relaxing when having morning coffee and breakfast. The location to the downtown historic area was only a very short easy walk to restaurants and shopping. The short walk through the park to the water front makes for awsome sunrises and sunsets. We will definitely be back and are looking foward to staying here again.

Edenton cottage

We love Edenton. The cottage was perfectly located and the porch was a real plus. The town is so quaint and walkable. We spent a lot of time in the Cupola House Garden and our favorite place was the little mill village. The cottage was very nicely decorated and pretty comfortable only missing a few amenities that would make it perfect. Hangers in the closets, ice cube trays, towel bars, and a handle on the bathroom door( that didn’t close by the way) would have made our week long stay even better
