"Our family had a great vacation in Eden and our accommodations were very ideal. The home had everything we needed, was very comfortable and spacious. The only thing that would have been nice is to have an additional bathroom in the basement. "

"It was very comfortable and nice. It had nice kitchen tools, especially sharp knives. I wished they had beaters. The beds were comfortable with oodles of pillows. It had plush carpet, so you could tell it had not been recently vacuumed and placemats on table were sticky as well as the microwave buttons. Outside furniture was dirty. Other than that it seemed clean. The cleaning people were there when we arrived and told us the dryer was not working and somebody would be there to fix it the next day. No one came. They also told us there was a missing broom. We drove to the pool and it was a nice pool. The towels and wash cloths were not very soft. They seemed kind of old. It was overall very comfortable and nice besides the things mentioned. I thought since we pay a cleaning fee it should have been just vacuumed for us and everything wiped down. Also, didn’t think we should have to take the sheets off beds and take out garbage before we leave when we’re paying such a large cleaning fee. In that way, it would have been less work to stay at a hotel. Overall comfortable and nice!"

"This house is not your ordinary house! It is a delightful combination of cabin and modern. Our family of 18 adults and 16 children stayed here for five days and we didn’t even use all the space that was available!Inside there are numerous sitting nooks with a huge gathering room upstairs where our whole family could be together at one time and not even fill it!The front yard was a great place to play cornhole which was available and there’s plenty of chairs on the porch for those who enjoy watching the game.The Pickleball court was also a huge win for our family!Some of the children brought their bikes and had so much fun with those plus the children’s playground behind the house was a big hit as well.We have never been to a place where there was so much outdoor activity for all ages and for evenings the pool table downstairs or the chairs around the fire ring were great!There is a large black stone grill,as well as a gas grill. LOVED the huge kitchen dining combo with the large commercial side-by-side refrigerator and freezer. It is hard to find a place where all of our family can sit together in the same room to eat, but this dining room did that easily. The whole house is extra ordinary, and besides the space the best thing is that it is very clean! VERY CLEAN! Kim was a great host and very helpful if I had questions. The only thing I wished for was a 5 gallon jug to make our sweet tea(since we are Texans)LOL We loved every minute!There’s also a good grocery store in Eden."

"The owner was quick to help us solve a problem and they were generous with us about check out times and such. The condo itself is very well stocked and a great stay for a family. None of my kids had to sleep on the floor! Lol. "

"My wife and I along with our kids, their spouses, and granddaughters have stayed in a number of VRBO homes in the past. This incredible home is hands down our favorite of them all! The house was beautiful, well decorated, very clean and spacious for our family of 13. The pictures are great representations of each of the rooms. And the view of Ogden Valley is spectacular!From start to finish we had a great experience. Kristal was very communicative before and during our stay. The kitchen was well stocked with high quality utensils and appliances. We had plenty of towels and beach towels. The hot tub was clean and really nice after a day wrangling with the granddaughters. Making s'mores on the gas fire pit was a favorite of the kids. The kitchen (oversized stove top, 2 ovens …) was spacious and made cooking a lot of fun when preparing meals for us all. We loved the built in kitchen table for meals and games. My two sons had some epic foosball games on the bottom floor. The furniture and beds for all rooms were comfortable and made this house a great home for the 4 days we were there.The pool is not far away and definitely worth the time. We took advantage of the pickleball courts at the Junior High and hikes from North Fork Park.Overall, we could not recommend this house more. We listed no negatives because there were none. We look forward to another visit in the future!"

"We really enjoyed our stay at this Eden retreat. The host was very responsive and made the process easy and seemless. The place was clean and comfortable. My teenagers enjoyed the balcony, comunity pool and hot tub and clubhouse game room. It was about 8-9 minutes from Windsurfer beach where we spent most of Saturday paddle boarding and kayaking. We would definitely stay here again."
