"My Second House" in Champagne is a large family house next to Chalons en Champagne quiet, ideal for recharging your batteries! Christophe welcomes you every day by reservation.  
New house of 150 M2, bright and functional.  
Large enclosed garden (1500 m²) with terraces, gas barbecue, garden furniture, deckchairs, lounge.  
GROUND FLOOR :  
Kitchen equipped dining area, lounge, dining room overlooking garden and accessible terraces with large windows, garden furniture with gas barbecue.  
Independent toilet with washbasin,  
Shower room with walk-in shower and double sinks  
2 bedrooms (1 with 1 bed of 160 \* 200 and 1 with 1 bed of 90X190)  
FLOOR:  
Accessible from the living room, large wooden staircase, landing serving:  
4 bedrooms, a bathroom and separate toilet (1 bedroom 1 bed 140X190 - 1 bedroom 2 beds 90X190 - 1 bedroom 1 bed 140X190 - 1 bedroom 1 bed 90X190)  
Large closets in all rooms, electric shutters, gas central heating.  
Accessible basement with 2 garage doors (possibility to park 2 cars), 1 playroom equipped for young and old.  
Bakery in the village, communal sports field in front of the house with basketball & football field, outdoor ping-pong table, playground for children.   
Deposit deposit 500 € per stay to pay when entering the premises.  
For the cleaning fee, two options are available to you.  
1 ° - Household to do by yourself, the house must be returned in perfect condition. (The products are made available)  
2 ° - Cleaning fee of 60 € to be paid at the state of entry.  
A deposit of 500 € will be required during the inventory of places of entry.  
The cottage is classified 3 keys at Clévacances and 3 ears at Gîte de France.
