"My wife and I had an amazing experience. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We loved our room with the screened patio, we had our coffee there every morning overlooking the tennis courts. There’s so many things to do that are included, I don’t think we’ve ever stayed at a resort that had so many amenities included at no charge. We will definitely visit again on our next trip to the Keys."

"We went for our anniversary and this property was paradise. Just beautiful and steps from the water. Plenty activities to do Bike riding/mini golf/fishing etc. The staff was very friendly and sunrise 🌅"

"Yurik was so sweet and helpful. Room service was diligent. We really loved our stay. The only problems we had were that our patio was missing the sun tarp, and the bathroom door doesn't lock or close all the way. The patio over the water is EXCELLENT!!! We LOVED the daily sunset view over the water from our patio. The food in the restaurant was AMAZING!!! I will say that this resort is not for anyone who wants to go to bed early because it's a big party place, and it's loud all the time. It's great for those who love the party life, but not too good for those who just want a peaceful, quiet stay. It's great for those who love boating and fishing!!! We loved the views and the water was beautiful!!!"

"Let’s start by saying I gave them months in advance that we were coming and plans and they managed to not fulfill their part of the deal. I paid for extra amenities to be delivered to the room before we got there for my in-laws 52nd anniversary. they fixed it still charged me ice machine didn’t work neither the vending machine, which would’ve been cheaper to buy a soda out of the machine every once in a while, a good way to make sure you go to the bar and spend way more money the Customer Service in the café store unbelievably terrible the weight staff all, but one gentleman had no compassion or care didn’t understand the food we were ordering and please don’t expect to sit outside in the morning when others are outside eating and get service that’s a bad idea. Don’t sit in a table without a menu you won’t get service for some reason. They don’t put menus on the tables if you’re sitting there in the morning waiting for service when you do go to the front desk to express your concerns they act like they care about everything and do nothing about it, including all of the miscellaneous hidden charges that racked up my bill over $1200. You can’t leave an open tab at the Bar. You have to pay for each drink separately and they expect you to tip every time if you’re not a big wig if you don’t have money flowing out of your ears, don’t expect great bar service or table service near the bar. Do you have to complain to Simon the manager to get a little bit better service."

"Nice property, but unfortunately located on beach that is not for swimming. Even if high tide the water was knee high at the most. And you have to cross through significant amounts of seeweed. Free kayak was a big plus."
