Eckert James River Bat Cave Preserve

I really enjoyed my stay and the room had plenty of room for 6 adults. I would stay again and recommend to others.

Things I enjoyed: overall excellent hotel with plants everywhere, its beautiful. 5 stars. Smooth check in, room beautiful and immaculate, felt big. They have an audi e-tron that can take you places within 2 miles in Nashville, although it is often taken since there is only one. I attended the spa which was a nice experience with a sauna and steam room as well. Things I did not enjoy: Bar upstairs was pretty, although its a bit disappointing to pay that price for a pre-made batch cocktail. Did not appreciate an automatic gratuity on the spa services - that should be up to the customer.

The staff were very respectful, helpful, and friendly. The valet staff were super fast. However, the cost of parking was outrageously expensive especially as a guest of the hotel!
