Small animals (less than 10kg) are accepted provided that they are kept on a leash in the common areas of the residence and that they are silent and non-aggressive in order to respect other residents.
Towels and bed linen must be brought by the tenant, or can be rented for the sum of 20 euros per person to be paid on site. The sheet/towel pack per person includes 1 flat sheet, 1 duvet cover or flat sheet, 1 pillowcase, 1 small bath towel, 1 large bath towel.
This accommodation is perfect for couples, families and groups of up to 8 people.
A water and energy package of 5 euros per day is included. Beyond that, the consumption consumed is 0.5 euros/day + 0.25 euros/Kwh and a water package of 3 euros/day will be paid at the end of the stay after reading the metres.
