Semi-detached house "Auer". 4 km from the centre of Eben, on the outskirts, 10 km from the centre of Altenmarkt, 65 km from the centre of Salzburg, on a slope. In the house: storage room for skis. Parking on the premises. Shop 4 km, restaurant 4 km, bus stop "Niednerfritz" 4.3 km. Gondola lift 4 km, cross country ski track 4 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Reitlehen 4 km.  
"Auer", 4-room semi-detached house 100 m2 on 2 levels. Cosy and wooden furniture furnishings: living room with Scandinavian wood stove, dining table and satellite TV. Exit to the terrace. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, kettle, electric coffee machine). Sep. WC. Upper floor: 3 double bedrooms. Shower, sep. WC, double hand-basin. Heating. Wooden floors.
