The house has beautiful, light-filled living spaces and unique touches of elegance. The huge, screened-in back porch is great for breakfast and evening relaxation. A special experience! Located in the historic Third Ward Neighborhood, you'll be 6 blocks from the University of Eau Claire, and 5 minutes from downtown restaurants, breweries, coffee shops, the State Theatre, and the new Pablo Center for entertainment and conventions. Bringing the kids? The house is right next to Demmler Park, where you can play on the swings, shoot some hoops, or in the winter, bring your skates - the skating rink is well lit after dark. The house has a large yard with a garden and trees. Whether you're one person or a large group, you'll find the large bedrooms very comfortable. The house had plenty of space for our family and pup to explore.
