"Location was good Apartment was nice The Bad Communication to access building was never sent I had to call the day of and download app after that is was smooth Internet never worked!!! called first day and was never fixed during my entire stay Also toilet clogged the last day and managements answer was wait until following day never fixed … no plunger on property or maintenance worker on site .. very disappointed"

"I had to buy my own toilet paper and trash bags. Then the property manager asked me to take the trash to the curb. The trash cans in the backyard were beyond full, and I wasn’t about to throw my back out doing his job. "

"The house was exactly as described and pictured. Host addressed our concern right away even when it was after 9pm. Difficult to see the address at night but easy to pull into driveway even with a 15 passanger extended height van. Recommend for anyone needing a place to stay in Charlotte. "

"This place is fine. If you’re looking for a place to drop your bags and you’re trying to save money, you could consider it. The unit was dated with low quality finishes. Everything felt like it was the cheapest possible option. The beds were uncomfortable, the couches were worse. One of the couches is actually broken but just pushed into the wall so it still functions. There was no hand soap in the upstairs bathroom and the soap/shampoo in the shower were nearly empty and had clearly been cut with water. The towels and rags were very low quality and old with some having small holes. The kitchen floor was also very very sticky. I personally would not consider this property again and if I had booked to stay for longer than two nights, I probably would have left early. But again, if you are a budget traveler and are just looking for a place to drop your bags, it will work."
