3BR Cottage with Gorgeous Sunsets, Private Beach and EV Charger

Charming waterfront cottage overlooking beautiful East Sound Bay and Crescent Beach. 3 bedrooms, sleeping six comfortably, with 1.5 bathrooms. An updated kitchen, dining room and living area with propane stove round out this comfortable and warm house. A beautiful deck with outdoor furniture and grill leads you to a path down a couple flights of steps to a lower deck and private beach access. Note that the beach is not accessible during high tide.
The house and its decks are perfect for morning coffees and viewing sunsets over the Turtleback Mountain Preserve. Phone service, wifi and Roku (so you can access your Netflix/Hulu/YouTube accounts) provided.

In light of the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, we want to let you know that our house is professionally cleaned and that our housekeeper is following cleaning guidance from the US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. We have multiple sets of bed linens and shower curtains, which will be swapped out and cleaned off-site after each visit.

Perfect Orcas Island House

This was one of my favorite VRBO rentals! The house was in a great location on the island. The beds were comfortable and the house was fully stocked! The sunsets are amazing and we enjoyed watching the harbor seals and otters! We would definitely come back again if given the opportunity.

Lovely Orcas Island weekend

What a wonderful location near great hikes, water, and shops and restaurants. We enjoyed watching the sun set from the deck in the evening.

The view was epic and there were 3 bedrooms in this very small home.However, The house presented overwhelming musty smell and embedded clothing that was placed in the closet.

Perfect vacation spot

The property is perfect for a vacation on Orcas Island. This was our second year for a week long family get together at the property and we will most likely return. View was fantastic, property quiet and relaxing, all needed amenities on site, harbor seals for viewing, we loved it again!

Wonderful stay

We absolutely loved the view in this place. The house itself was a little bit older but very clean and plenty of space for our family of 5. We loved exploring the small rocky beach during low tide and watching a harbor seal swim by a few times a day. We would LOVE to visit here again and stay at this house. Highly recommend!

Peaceful Retreat by the Sound

What an absolutely charming and cozy seaside cottage! We loved every detail of this cottage, from the furniture in all the rooms to the exposed wood decor. The home architecture and furnishings are reminiscent of a quaint French seaside cottage. Everything was provided for our comfort. We feel very lucky we were able to stay at this marvelous home. Communication with the hosts was easy and fast, and they were so very thoughtful and accommodating.

Relaxing getaway

Well maintained and stocked property in a great location to many attractions. Home was clean and comfortable. Easy access to water with beautiful views of the east sound. The perfect island getaway

This is the perfect spot for a Pacific Northwest island getaway! It's super cozy with the fireplace and is well equipped for cooking, relaxing, watching movies or playing games. The location is perfect - right on the water for beautiful views and a short 3ish minute drive to town. Highly recommend for your next trip to the San Juans!

Wonderful stay!

Such a wonderful home in Orcas with an incredible view! We spent most of our time on their spacious deck overlooking the water which was very relaxing. We cooked most meals at home as the kitchen was stocked with anything you could ever need. If we make it back to Orcas anytime soon we will for sure stay at this cabin again! Thanks for having us!

Beautiful spot and perfect for family getaway!

This house was well appointed and accommodated our family of 5 just perfectly. Many hours were spent on the dock by the water just soaking in the beauty of the Sound. BBQ on the upper deck by the house was a nightly event. The place was clean and comfortable and tucked away in the sweetest spot. Private but convenient to East Sound. We'll stay here again on our next visit to Orcas Island.

Well worth the stay

This lovely cottage on the water reminded us so much of another place we loved in Rockaway Beach OR. It was cozy, comfortable. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. We cooked gourmet meals and had everything we needed. A store comparable to Whole Foods was close by. We took a whale watching tour through Deer Harbor Whale Watching Tours. Thank you Emma and Ro ( I hope I got that right)

Cute cottage type house

Clean and tastefully decorated. Comfortable beds. Nice view. Tricky to find, once you turn in, go left to the house. Also only heat source is a propane fireplace, it was a bit cold when we got there 59, but after about an hour it warmed up and stayed comfortable the whole time we were there. Owners are very nice and easy to work with, we really enjoyed exploring Orcas Island. Highly recommend this home, especially for couples.

Lovely Little Spot

Property was as described. Gorgeous views. Comfortable beds. All the things stocked and on-hand you need for a comfortable stay. We purchased a few items (tea, honey, olive oil, spices, ziploc bags) that weren’t noted on the listing but were readily available for guests. There was a rogue lamp in the downstairs bedroom that turned on by itself in the middle of the night. Overall, we had a magical girls weekend surrounded by the sounds of nature and the bay. Incredibly relaxing… Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Great stay.

We had a great stay at Emma + Ro’s place. The property is definitely on a beautiful setting. Communication with them went smoothly. The house absolutely has character and charm. It could use a little love when it comes to the cleaning. Windows had face (I am assuming a small human) and fingers prints all over them and there are cobwebs in pretty much every room. Overall things just looked a little dusty. These are not reasons to not stay as we didn’t feel like it affected our stay at all. Just things you notice. With that view of the ocean though, I mean cmon! We had a great stay and would definitely stay again! Thanks

Cozy cottage with East Sound access

Cozy cottage on East Sound close to Orcas and Moran State Park, well equiped and comfortable, with stairs to the shore of East Sound. Nice patio and furniture. I failed to throughly read the instructions and missed seeing the dishwasher for the first half of the trip! It is to the immediate right of the fridge, behind a faux cabinet door. (It was a bit tight, and thought there wasn't anything behind it, but that is the dishwasher door! My bad...!)
