No explanation. No communication. We started messaging them about 4 o’clock suggesting that if whatever was happening got done sooner we were just down the street and we could go ahead and check in. No response. We finally we got a message from them at 5:30 saying that we could check in. That’s one and a half hour later than the advertised check in time. When we arrived at the house, the owners were frantically leaving with cleaning supplies in hand. They told us the previous renter trashed the place and that they had been cleaning this 600 sq. Ft. Building since 9:00 a.m.Once we got checked in, we realized that the house was not waterfront. It’s actually sits behind two other park models, and that was falsely advertised. The house was not clean. The towels were dirty. The floor was dirty. We found that out when we dropped the towel on the floor and to wipe something up and the white towel came back up brown.
