"great location, clean and unique rooms and super friendly staff! Downsides: Elevators broke leaving just 1 which was small and slow. I chose to walk up 10 flights of stairs rather than wait 30 minutes. Bathroom sink water was dangerously hot and didn't get warm, it was either cold or burned you. ..."

"pro Hotel is very nice, clean. con :Will NEVER stay here again. If you have a vehicle they will break your windows out and steal your stuff. Hotel will do nothing to help retain your loss!!! DO NOT stay if you have a vehicle, they don’t own parking lot use A parking agency who will also not help ..."

"I got a studio that was nice and clean. Bedroom, bath, living room, kitchenette. Coffee maker, complimentary water. Across from Union Station, very convenient. It has washer and drier (no detergente) which was convenient."
