So much to love!
We stayed while work was being done on our house. We were here for December and January. It's a peaceful, quiet location. Walking on the bike path was a good way to be outside. There's a bocce ball court that we didn't use but looked like it would be much fun. Also a firepit, grill and deck with table and chairs. Indoors, the kitchen was open and easy to use. Lots of light in the house. We would stay again if we weren't moving into our own home in Truro.

Wonderful property for a family getaway
The house is beautiful and so clean! We were able to celebrate Thanksgiving at the property and the kitchen had everything we needed! It is so well stocked. The house is in a very private, woodsy location but also so close to the water. The firepit and bocce area were great additions for family activities. Communication with the host was easy and consistent. The personal note and gift of wine at check in were really nice touches! Overall wonderful experience!

Cape Cod Getaway
If you are considering this property, look no further! Book it now! The location on a quiet dead end cul-de-sac is conveniently located to the Cape Cod Rail Trail between Brackett Road and Marconi Beach Road. The owners have provided everything to make your vacation relaxing and stress free! We usually dine out while on vacation but the kitchen in this home will entice you to eat in or al fresco on the deck! We enjoyed an evening around the fire pit along with the gift of wine from the owners. There is bocce and corn hole and an outdoor shower. Check in/out is seamless and communication with the owner is very easy. Due to availability we were allowed early check in and late check out. Everything about this home is top shelf. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hated to leave. Thank you Sherry and Rich for providing the ultimate Cape Cod Getaway! We hope to return in the future!

Wonderful Stay
As soon as we walked in we knew it was going to be a great vacation. Pictures are accurate and owners have thought of everything you might need. Comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen, easy access to Cape Cod Bike trail, and a convenient location to beaches, restaurants, Chatham, Orleans, Wellfleet, & Ptown. Our fav beach was Marconi spent time at Nauset & Head of the Meadow in Truro. Rented bikes from Idle Time Bike shop, Loved the Bookstore restaurant in Wellfleet at the harbor, Nates Fish Market & Land Ho in Orleans. We got our fill of Great chowda, lobstah and seafood everywhere. We were so appreciative of the owners thinking of us during the hurricane and helped solve some logistic plans which was a big relief since Cape Air & Ferry cxcled all departures from the Cape. We were too busy to enjoy the Bocce court or outdoor firepit, however we did enjoyed the private deck off the patio for morning coffee or happy hour at night. Grill came in handy too! Loved the outdoor shower. Thank you for a great weeks stay, hope we can return soon. B&V

This house is amazing. Everything was high-end and spotless. The owners were excellent with communication and answered all of our questions. It was well stocked with supplies in the kitchen and bathroom. There were beach chairs that you could borrow which was amazing since we forgot ours, We played corn hole and Bocci which was available at the house. The openness inside the house allowed everyone to have their own space but still be together. The owners left a personal note with a gift. We would definitely stay in this beautiful home again. You will not be disappointed!

This house had everything my family needed for a great getaway. The rooms were comfortable and spacious and the kitchen had everything that you would ever need. We especially loved how close we were to the bike trail along with other activities that were nearby. We will definitely be going back again.

Wonderful property!
The pictures just don't do this property justice. We were so happy to see how incredibly stocked the kitchen was for a group of "foodies". The beds were comfortable and there was ample space for our group to enjoy television programs on the spacious sectional couch. The owner was incredibly responsive. We will definitely be back!

Our experience was wonderful!! The big kitchen opening into the den was perfect for our Thanksgiving gathering!! Loved the big screen TV too! We also enjoyed the outdoor fire pit !! We will definitely be back!!

So convenient and fun
House was great for a week vacation with our family. We had three bikers and two avid walkers so the bike path right our the back yard was fabulous. Cooking, including on the grill, was a breeze in the well stocked kitchen. And it was so easy to get everywhere - ponds and great restaurants in Wellfleet, the drive in just up the street - so much fun, mini golf, beaches etc. Beds were were comfy, and the big TV for movies at night was a plus. Kids also loved the large outdoor space to run around, play boccee ball, etc. We all had a great time!

Fantastic Cape Cod Family Cottage!
We just finished a 4 night Cape Cod vacation at the end of August with our 10 year old son and 16 year old daughter before school starts. We had been to the Cape before but never to the outer Cape so this was our first time in this area. We cannot recommend this cottage for families enough. We booked somewhat last minute and the host was very accommodating and communicative with any questions. The property is at the end of a dead end street with zero traffic and is very quiet with a route right on to the bike path. The rooms were a good size and it was great having air conditioning as it did get a bit humid a couple of the nights. We used the bocce ball pit, and the kids used the outside shower every day, which was really convenient after coming back from the beach. We loved having the high end grill on the deck and on the night we did a lobster boil, the kitchen had everything we needed. The inside of the home was beautiful and very comfortable for those moments we just wanted to hang out and play a board game. We were very close to a lot of great restaurants, Ice cream stands, and beaches. We rented bikes while we were there instead of trying to haul ours and it turned out to be a great idea and we were able to get almost anywhere. We were sad to leave but happy to return to the same rental the next time we come out!

Great Central Location
This location is excellent for a family with small children. There are several bay side beaches with calm waters. The house is perfect for 6. Kitchen has a great set up and the open floor plan made it safer and easier with small children. The bike path was literally behind the house which made walks more fun to go often. Sherry & Rich we’re on top of a few small issues we had and appreciated their very quick response. Overall we had an awesome family vacation. We would recommend this nice home and return again. Sue L

Beautiful getaway on the Cape
We had a wonderful early June visit at Sherry's property. It was by far the cleanest rental we have ever stayed at and everything was labeled and easy to find and we had everything we could possibly need for a comfortable stay. I love that attention to detail and care Sherry puts into her rentals. The bike trail was a highlight, we rented bikes for the week and rode to the seafood market, the beach (25 min ride fyi), and Arnolds for ice cream and lobster rolls. In fact, with gas being high right now, we only used 1 tank of gas on our rental because we could do so much from the trail access. The house is quiet and roomy but probably only good for 4 adults or 4 adults with maybe 2-3 kids. The fire pit and bocce was really nice, and it's location is very convenient to some favorite spots. The kitchen has everything you need if you like to cook through the week. We also enjoyed the wildlife like the chipmunks, birds, squirrels, and even a wild turkey coming to visit in the yard. Sherry was easy to get in touch with if we had a question and our flight got adjusted and we had to leave about 6 hours earlier on Sat morning than checkout and she even allowed us to leave the bike rentals out to be picked up and coordinated with us for the unexpected change in checkout.

Wonderful Updated Cape Cottage
We enjoyed our stay and found the updated cottage to be wonderful with the chilly days we had on the cape. The house was clean and comfortable and we made use of the outdoor space to play boccie ball and enjoy some of the warmer days. It was great to be on the Cape Cod Rail trail and we were able to get out several times to enjoy a ride. The house is also very close to the National Seashore beaches enabling a quick drive or bike ride to the beach. IT was also nice to be in the middle of the Cape so we could go explore Providence Town or down into Brewster/Orleans. We would happily book here again for our next Cape Cod Vacation. TLDR - Would absolutely book again! Pros: Location on Cape. Close to the bike trail and beaches, outdoor space. Con: The turn into the side road takes some getting used to. The host made good notes about it as part of the check-in.

Our stay was a bit shorter than anticipated, due to some blustery winter weather but we enjoyed our time at Summer Breeze! My family and I really enjoyed our stay at Summer Breeze. Sherry was a phenomenal host and made sure we were very comfortable. The house is beautiful and so is the yard. There were clean linens and towels for us and it was nice to have a washer/dryer right in the basement. Our host also provided a wide variety of board games and beach chairs for us to enjoy. There was ample parking and the house is easy to get to. It’s off the main road in a quiet neighborhood. Sherry provided a very helpful binder with all of the information we needed 11/10 will stay again!

My family had a fantastic stay in this amazing home. Beautiful furnishings, well appointed and a very comfortable home base to enjoy all Cape Cod has to offer. We stayed pre-season for a long weekend . There was plenty of space for all of us with room to spare. Home location is perfect for biking and hiking. House was immaculate! Lovely relaxing stay at Summer Breeze cottage
A very clean comfortable three-bedroom, with all needed amenties and right on the Cape Cod Rail Trail for Avid bikers. In winter we didn't bike, but used the trail for walking, and based at the cottage which is well located in North Eastham a stones throw from the Wellfleet line. Checkin was smooth, Sherry offered us an hour early checking when we got there which was nice, and was in instant contact when questions arose--there were few. The house has a very nice common area with high ceilings and the bedrooms have very comfortable beds, the master with a king and en suite. We really enjoyed our stay, and the kind hospitality offered by Sherry and Rich was invaluable. Thank you and we hope to see you again sometimes. Jonathan and family.

Wonderful Eastham home, highly recommended!
Our group (2 couples and a toddler) had an amazing stay at the Summer Breeze. The home has an amazing location! We brought our bikes and kept them in the walk out basement, using them to ride on the Cape Cod Rail Trail, which is directly next to the house. You can also walk / run from the house directly about 1.5 miles through the National Park to bluffs overlooking the ocean. The house itself was nicely updated and comfortable, with a spacious and functional kitchen, 2 nice bathrooms, and a large living room TV. Sherry was also a communicative and responsive host. All in all we would highly recommend!

Perfect Cape Cod Getaway
This house was perfect for two adult couples. The kitchen was stocked for cooking and grilling and it was also so close to Wellfleet and Eastham dining options. The bike trail is right behind the house and it was so convenient to have this to run on every morning. The bocce ball stadium was definitely a great add on to this house! We had a lot of fun playing this. The house was extremely clean and seemed newer and updated which is always nice. Overall a great stay!

Great location! We loved the access to the bike trail. 2.4 miles one way to Nauset Light Beach. 4 miles the other way to Marconi Beach. One mile by car to Mac's seafood. Everything is so close. The kitchen was great for cooking fresh seafood with family after a great beach day. The bocce court was a very nice surprise. Thank you for that addition. Our family grew up playing bocce. Great yard to hang out in as well. Sherry was a pleasure to work with. We would definitely stay again.

Holiday Break 2019
My wife and I took another couple to the Cape for the last weekend of 2019 and we had a lovely time thanks to great weather and Sherrilynn's house. The house had every amenity you could want, including a large flatscreen TV - which allowed us to watch movies after long winter walks on the National Seashore. I can't recommend this house highly enough. It's perfect for a Cape Cod getaway in summer or winter.

Fantastic week!
We had a family vacation here in June and it was truly fantastic!! The house was super clean and had everything you could need! The kitchen had tons of cooking supplies and serving dishes! It’s in a quiet neighborhood right on the bike path which was great fun for the kids... tons to do in the area and lots of beaches to choose from...communication with Sherry was easy! We will definitely be back.!!

Family Vacation
We needed a house close to Wellfleet and this was perfect. The trail access is just outside the house - so nice. IMMACULATE and appreciated the new and clean bathrooms. Everyone felt "at home". Only negative- a tad tight in the Queen room with a baby in the crib which probably won't be a deal breaker.

Another outstanding stay at Summer Breeze!
Thank you Sherry and Rich for another great fall vacation on the Cape. Not only is your house in an ideal location but it is always very clean and well stocked with all we needed for cooking and relaxing. We even got to see the Eastham Windmill Festival parade on Rte 6 on Sunday and enjoy great food at Arnolds! Such a perfect location for beaches, biking, hiking and restaurants.

Great House for Families Visiting the Cape!
We recently took our first trip to the Cape and stayed at Summer Breeze. We had 2 small children in our group, along with our parents. The house was great for a multi-generational group - grandparents had privacy in the upstairs loft and we stayed with our children on the main floor. The house is very clean with modern amenities, and looks exactly as it appears in the pictures. Sherry was great to work with and made sure we had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable, including a crib, stroller and high chair for our baby! She was very responsive to our questions and concerns - an ideal owner that you can count on. Eastham is low key, charming, and well located for visiting both ocean side and bay beaches and ponds. We also had fun day tripping to P-Town and Chatham, playing mini-golf and indulging on all the delicious seafood! All in all, we had a great time visiting cape cod and would recommend this property to others.

Wonderful House, Ideal Location
We loved our week at Summer Breeze! Our first impression of the house was that it was clean, bright, and full of light. The bedrooms were comfortable, the kitchen was spacious and well stocked for cooking (appliances are top-of-the-line), and the big couch was the perfect spot for the whole family to unwind for a movie night after a day in the sun. Each room had ceiling fans and its own AC system, so each of us could get the temperature just right. The house is just a few steps from the rail trail and the location is perfect for exploring up and down the Cape. We biked to PB Boulangerie, Nauset Light Beach, Coast Guard Beach—and of course to Arnold's or seafood and ice cream. It's also a very short drive to the Wellfleet Drive-In, Marconi Beach, and the restaurants in Wellfleet and Orleans. Our relatives were renting another house in Eastham and when we hosted them for dinner, they were VERY jealous of our place. Sherry was quick to reply to any questions we had. We really couldn't have asked for a better place to stay.

Terrific, clean house right on the Bike Path!
We found Summer Breeze to be just right for us! We wanted easy access to the rail trail so we could bike to a variety of places so this was perfect! We could head toward Wellfleet and the wonderful French Bakery or go for longer rides to beaches, shops, restaurants, and so much more. The proximity to the bike path was the main reason we choose this property, but we liked so much more about it! The kitchen was very well equipped, the downstairs living space was great for both lounging and working (at the table or desk), and there were tons of details that I appreciated! The air conditioning in each room made it comfortable for all, the outdoor shower was convenient, and the lighting/blinds were all exceptional! Sherry was helpful and reasonable! Thank you!

Ideal home... ideal location
If you're looking to vacation on the Outer Cape, you need to give this property serious consideration. The home is clean, well stocked and very comfortable. My family and I enjoyed everything about our stay. Access to the Cape Cod Rail Trail is 30 yards from the property line, providing a shortcut to Marconi Beach in one direction and a short bicycle ride to the Salt Pond Visitor Center in the other direction. Located just a few miles south of Wellfleet, there are plenty of other outdoor activities and dining spots in the area. Book it! You will not be disappointed.
