"It was in a great location.
I do not like contactless check in and service. There were no amenities.
Shower head and faucet did not work properly. We were moved to another room which was better except that the shower was filthy. Mold in the shower. We were so discussed that we left early the next morning. Not high end or classy. We were charged for a cleaning fee and were told it will be refunded. It still is on the card."

"The staff met us on arrival with a very friendly welcome. Took us on a tour of the AB&B
and what to expect the Breakfast and code for the front door. They posted the breakfast menu and asked if we need anything special. Coffee, Tea and Snacks were avalable 24/7. The rooms were clean and the staff made up the room and fresh towels
everyday. They had information about tours, restaurants and beaches to go to.
They were available for any of our needs!
I would highly recommend The Inn at Yarmouth...

"Lovely outdoor space - but the room could have used a few more amenities, like a bathtub mat, some paper cups, a box of tissues. Reasonably priced motel."
"Excellent price to stay for me and my dog. Room was moderate and very clean. Bed super comfortable. Ice machine was not working so had to go next door to the four points hotel to get every morning. They were very accommodating. Unfortunately the outdoor pool was not open when we went-(June 9-11). Staff very attentive and very nice. Would have liked a microwave but fridge was spacious."
Cape Cottage with 5 beds, large deck, and less than 10 minute walk to the beach!
10/10 Excellent
"So private surrounded by the pines and cedars, great deck, super well supplied kitchen with high end coffee pot( we want to get one like it!) Loved the outdoor shower, all the stained glass touches, only problem with appliances was in the bunk bed room a/c, close walk to bay side beach, (not Atlantic side), really nice, extremely quiet place"
Lovely Dog Friendly Beach Home Close to Everything.
6/10 Okay
"The property was okay, and we had a good time. I just don't get 10-start rating. The listing pictures might be misleading, as everything looks lighter and cleaner than it was during my stay. Some closets had no doors and there was a lot of clutter and cleaning supplies. It just felt gross trying to find a spot to hang our clothes and place our belongings. I understand the owner needs to keep these supplies somewhere, but pick one location, clear everything else and lock it up. Simple. No one needs to see all that stuff. Some light switches did not work at all, and the table lamps to lit the interior were pretty beat up. Although it was nice to find some basics in the kitchen, like some salt/sugar/condiments, the interior of the cupboards was not clean and there was a lot of half used and old expired products. The kitchen had everything we needed though, pots, pans, trays, silverware, appliances... The heating, AC and hot tub worked great and were nice to have. The yard was not cared for and I could tell it's been a looong time since the posting pictures were taken, and any landscaping work has been done. The firepit was prepared with firewood, which was nice, but overall the yard felt abandoned as well. The communication with the host was great; clear instructions for everything, and he let us check out at noon, which was nice.Is it a nice house? yes. Is it well located? yes. Is it worth the price? not for me, it needs some work and TLC."
"This is a great little inn that has a convenient location. The room was very clean, the pool was very clean, and the breakfast area was well stocked with juice, coffee, bagels, fruit, yogurt, and muffins.
All of the staff we interacted with were very friendly."
New Eastham Oceanside Guest Suite with Pool and Hot Tub
10/10 Excellent
"My wife and I have just returned from our trip to this property in Eastham (June 6). It was very clean and cozy. It is nicely decorated and the queen bed was very comfortable. It is a suite off the main house, but it has a private entrance and we never felt crowded. They provided amenities such as soap and shampoo if we needed it, as well as coffee, a small refrigerator, an even water to fill the Keurig machine. We enjoyed our stay a great deal. We were greeted by the host (Glenn) upon arrival and he was friendly and very helpful. Both Glenn and Coreen were wonderful hosts. We visit Eastham often, so we are very familiar with the area, but Glenn and Coreen were ready to offer advice on what to do or where to eat if we had needed it. The property is conveniently located just off Route 6 and is close to many excellent restaurants. Though we were only there for two nights, we did not use the pool or hot tub, but both looked excellently maintained and inviting. We highly recommend this spot for couples who may not be looking for a larger house that may be more expensive."
If you're looking for something a little more offbeat than the traditional hotel experience, a bed and breakfast might be the perfect option for your getaway. For any museum buff, a trip to Eastham wouldn't be complete without a stop at Schoolhouse Museum or Edward Penniman House and Barn.
