"Very clean basic room. "

"My expectations were somewhere in the middle but could not have been more delighted with every aspect of my stay. The hotel manager (just lovely) was working the front desk. Check-in around 10pm was perfect. The lobby area is cozy, clean, organized, and welcoming. My room was terrific, a good size with pristine linens and bathroom. Breakfast attendant (Judy) was helpful, very accommodating and friendly. Breakfast itself was plentiful and fresh, with more than your average free-breakfast selection. Not a single thing was lacking. You know how sometimes there’s no fresh coffee or cream cheese, or no more spoons…not the case here. My entire stay was perfection and I don’t use that word lightly. "

"Closeness to UCONN"

"The lobby was bright and cheerful. Outside there were pretty sprung flowers blooming. It was immaculate. Parts of the property were a little old and need of maintenance, however, you could see they were working on it. Our room was clean. The ceiling needs some repair as it looked as if there was a leak at some point. The furniture looks a luttle worn, but nothing a furniture marker can't fix. Everyone was friendly. The breakfast has a lot of options. We couldnt use the pool as it was being drained, but it wasn't a big deal to us. The sports bar that was advertised was closed, so we had to go elsewhere for food/drinks, but it wasn't a big deal.to us as we were going to the casino. I would stay here again "

"Literally a historical site. On the national registry and everything. Right across from the police station, so probably no safer area in town. "

"Property is a bit dated. Bathroom door had a hole near the latch and needed some paint. The rest was OK and the price was very reasonable "
