"I declined housekeeping when I checked in, and for the first three days my room was not serviced. On day three, however, staff entered and cleaned my room without my request. That morning, I had removed my wedding ring after a shower and accidentally left it behind. When I returned later that day, the ring was missing. I immediately reported the issue and was told it would be investigated and that a manager would follow up. The next day, I was informed that no one had seen the ring and there was no record of my request to opt out of room service. Instead of resolving the situation, I was offered 10,000 points, which did not address the loss. This experience was deeply disappointing, and I will not stay here again. "

However, the rooms were extremely large and spacious, the staff was great, and the breakfast wasn't the worst I have had. One complaint from my kids was that the pool was awful cold."
