"Beautiful house."

"Loved the property. Very nice way to relax after a day of driving. Geese & ducks are hatching their young on the river. Was cool to listen to them speak to each other. Unusual layout, but it works!! Beds were comfortable, furnace heating was amazing. The house behind the property made us uneasy, but we kept to ourselves. I think you should own more properties for rental if you can. God Bless. "It's a nice spot a few blocks from downtown and Sioux Falls Park. Price was fantastic. This will be a great spot as more of the city's construction projects wrap up."

"The beds were comfortable, but no vending machines, one common microwave down the hallway by the elevator none in the room, no hottub."

"The hotel is located next to busy intersection but lot of construction nearby and the area was run down. The hotel is outdated inside also, needs a remodel. Check in and out was easy and the staff was nice. And overall hotel was clean. "
