"We were surprised that our reservation did not include bedding and towels, they charge extra for that, and we were expected to clean the apartment or get charged for cleaning. "

I should have read that bathroom facilities were not in the building but down the road and that showers needed a card that we discovered after arriving late after things were closed. "I made reservation a day before arrival. I confirmation it was written check in time is from 3 pm to any time. We arrived a 22:30. Checkin was closed. No keys were left for us. We were forced to stay and sleep over night in the car. This is not a hotel and not even a place you can trust for overnight. We are with 3 children overnight in a five seats car. This is a big shame for this hotel and for hotel.com. Even the emergency number of the hotel was not active. We tried to do tater the security...

"Travelled to these apartments for a family ski holiday. Apartments lovely and new, plenty of communal space, full size fridge and oven/hob. Bedrooms on the small side and no wardrobes, just drawers and hooks. Hotel just next door with facilities - 2 restaurants, gym and swimming pool. Bit more of a walk to the ski bus stops than we realised but proximity to town and shops etc meant this location worked well for us. "
