"On Friday night, I got this email and thought I made the reservation for the wrong date. When I tried to call the man I spoke to was difficult to understand and gave me a different number to call and said it so fast that I had to ask him to repeat it. Plus he was either ignoring me between questions or there was a huge delay in hearing my questions. He was rude I was so upset that I made a mistake and may not have a room. He gave the front desk of the hotel and I found out I had a reservation and your email was incorrect. The girl at the front desk was kind."

"My fiancé and I stayed for one night, and actually enjoyed our stay for much! Very affordable for a weeknight stay, and the staff was very friendly. The king bed room was the perfect size for just one night and was very clean other than some minor or signs of aging. Overall, would recommend staying here!"

"Really kind of a cool old hotel. The room was clean and the bed comfy. The location is good as well. Right across the street from the Orpheum Theatre and walking distance to the old market. All in all a really good deal."
