"We loved the sauna."

"Hieno paikka rauhallinen sijainti"

"Enjoyed my stay at the hotel"

"Great place everything is perfect and clean, the staff is very welcoming and attentive, thank you for everything "

"The location was superb. The staff were very friendly and helpful. "

"Huone oli siisti ja vuodevaatteet uudet. Sänky oli melko kapea. Kylpyhuone siisti mutta suihkusaippuapullo oli tyhjä. Oli helleaika joten huoneessa oli kuuma. Tuuletin auttoi hieman ja pelkällä pussilakanalla nukkuminen antoi kuitenkin ihan hyvät unet. Paikka tuntui hieman "päivittämättömältä" "

"We stayed here for three nights, and it was absolutely fantastic and worth every penny. The location in the national park is stunning, the staff were warm and welcoming, the food was excellent, and the views were simply breathtaking. Everything made for a truly memorable stay. The only small suggestion for improvement would be the scrambled eggs at breakfast. It would have been even better if they were made with fresh eggs instead of powdered eggs. "The hôtel is very well located and we can do some hikes from over there"

"Aivan huikealla näköalalla oleva majoitus. Lisäksi ravintola Solitaryn viiden ruokalajin menu todella loistava. Pakko tulla syömään ensi vuonna uudestaan."

"Beautiful place set by lake outside the town of Puumala. It was a very peaceful and serene setting, a great place to go to get away from busy cities. I would say that the staff were friendly rather than warm and helpful."

"The hotel is a bit dated, but very nice, well-maintained, and clean. The staff was very friendly, and the sauna is included. Breakfast is served in a beautiful dining room and is delicious and varied. The location is lovely, right on the lake and the promenade."

"Fantastic food with good service"

"I was met by the owner Passi who was waiting for me. I had booked into one of the apartments but wes told that I was staying in one of the cottages by the lake. Passi took me to the cottage which has its own wood burning sauna and stunning views looking out to Lake Orivesi. It was really peaceful and it has its own private beach and a rowing boat plus a swing which I must admit I spent quite a bit of time on there. The centre of Kitee is about 20 minutes away in a car so if like me you do not...

"Great vegan breakfast options"

"Clean room; staff; breakfast"

"The apartment was lovely. Perfect for a family of 4. The hotel information could be updated to provide clearer information about additional costs, like linens, transport from rail/airports, which train station is actually closest. A folder including I for on the area would be nice, too, for first time visitors to the area. Still, Markku provided information quickly when we emailed. "

"Very nice people. Relaxing area."
