"The room look beautiful on arrival, the bed was very comfortable however the pillows and seating was very tired and saggy. This was such a shame as everything else was very elegant and refined. The staff throughout the staff were respectful and polite. This was very much appreciated. Overall a lovely hotel."

"Highly recommended. Easy access to places, just a beautiful location and the hotel staff members were very friendly. A free Champagne bottle in the room was a surprise! You can take it to outdoor patio/restaurant to drink. Lots storage places to place your belongings. The bed was very comfortable. The price was very reasonable. I will definitely come back to stay at this hotel."

"The location of this hotel is excellent. You step out the door and you are in the thick of the action. The room is definitely smaller than what we anticipated.. The air conditioning is also very noisey which detracts from this hotel. But the location definitely makes up for some of this."

"Check-in and check-in were very fast and easy. Breakfast is delicious. I arrived before 3pm but was still checked in by the staff. The location is right in the center of Warsaw, so is very convenient. Hotel is clean, well-maintained, and most importantly for me, the room is very quiet despite being nearby the train station."
