"This place is adorable! We had such a cozy room. We wish we had spent more time there. The "feel" of this place was so appropriate for the region. The staff was very nice-- gave us advise of places to stop, restaurants to eat. There's such a romantic restaurant on the property! Like a dream! "This was a nice hotel. The room was comfortable but could have done with some air conditioning as we had to leave the balcony door open to get cool air in and since the external building lights are on through the night it made the room very bright. The staff were friendly. We didn't use any of the restaurants as they didn't cater for vegetarians. The bathroom was clean but it had a very small shower cubicle which made it uncomfortable to shower in which was a bit unfortunate as the bathroom...

The only inconvenience we had was a miscommunication about the charges of infldoof pool which wasn't mentioned until we went second time when we ve been already charged with €28 per person, an extra that we would not choose if we knew is not included. "Beautiful and quiet little spot in the Dolomites. We only stayed 1 night but we enjoyed the lake and surrounding peaceful area. The breakfast was great and staff helpful. The only cons : be aware that Expedia doesn't say the check in times correctly. you can't check in until 5:30 because there is no one there but it says check in from 2. one side of our double bed/ mattress was pretty saggy. The other side was fine. Everything else was great! "
