The beautiful southern coastline and six-mile stretch of Eastbourne beach is just a short walk away, within five minutes of leaving your property you can be sat on the pebbles watching as the waves crash in. One well behaved small to medium adult dog which has been spayed / neutered may be permitted at an additional fee, but please discuss with us before booking as this in on a selective basis and the owner requests more information. Parking is on nearby streets and we can provide daily permits (ask us for details/price). Eastbourne's popular Beacon shopping centre is just at the end of your road as well as dozens of delicious restaurants and cafes. Theatre and tennis lovers are also well placed with the Devonshire park complex also being less than a five minute walk away.
