Eastbourne beach and theatres are an easy stroll, and the town centre shops, cinema and restaurants are also close by. Enter the imposing front door of this majestic period property and you will then go up a flight of stairs before reaching the door to the apartment. Inside you'll find another, internal flight of stairs to reach the second floor and your apartment living space. There is no lift to this apartment, so it would not suit anyone who struggles with steps. The apartment has lovely spacious rooms throughout. The huge master bedroom has a king-size bed and a day bed which can be set up for a child age 12 or under. The second bedroom is a twin, so it can sleep up to five (maximum four adults). There is a generous dining lounge with sofa and armchairs seating up to five and a dining table to seat four. A smart TV is on hand, so bring your log ins to Netflix and BBCiPlayer etc. You'll also find a selection of books on hand for a relaxing read. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with all you'll need on a self catering break. A fridge freezer, oven and hob, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine are on hand - and coffee lovers will enjoy the Nespresso machine as an extra touch. Besides the kitchen is a breakfast room, complete with another dining table which seats five - or a handy workspace if you need to catch up on a few emails? The newly fitted shower room is airy and light, with a large, walk-in shower complete with rainforest style shower head. Bed linen and regular towels are provided (pack your beach towels) and there is free WiFi. On street parking is free of charge.
