Room was clean and quiet. Close to highway and food options. Breakfast was good - only complaint was the eggs and sausage were not hot - a little above room temperature

We loved our stay at the Hampton Inn, however I found that they are so understaffed. There was only one woman on staff that evening to check in customers also doing laundry and everything else. Sarah was so amazing and kind. We felt so bad for her and yet she kept a smile on her face the whole time. My feedback is you should staff more appropriately in the future before you lose good employees.

I love this hotel! My room was fantastic and clean. The bar downstairs is great with beautiful decor. I loved the neighborhood too. My only complaint was not having a cart for my luggage or a ramp for my rolling luggage. No valet or on-site parking; however, there is a public parking lot right next to the hotel. An Uber got me over to the North Shore for a Pirates game within just a few minutes. I would definitely stay here again.

This is an adequate hotel for your stay near the Pittsburgh airport. The hotel was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was solid. A definite positive is that the breakfast is open from 4 to 10am, which is the longest I've seen. The breakfast is tended to very well. This review would be 4 or 5 stars, but I booked this hotel mainly for the airport shuttle and when I requested the shuttle after arrival in PGH, I was told that I would be picked up at number 8 pickup spot, no other details. After waiting for about a half hour, I contacted the front desk, and was told they would contact the driver. Waited and watched for a LaQuinta / Wyndham bus or van and saw none. Contacted the front desk again and they told me the van was from Globe Parking, which they did not make clear by any means. Had to pay for a Lyft to the hotel. Not happy about that. Staff should know better!!!

Lighting in the parking lot and room was absolutely terrible. Entering the building felt unsafe. The area was deserted and dark. The building was under construction and the front desk was moved to a hallway. Very strange and poorly communicated. I'd have expected an email prior to arrival. The place was a ghost town and very off-putting. My room would have been fine, except that the lighting was so incredibly dim. The bedside lights barely made a difference and there was no main light in the room to illuminate the space. Easily fixable, management, but you're making your guests feel very uncomfortable. I would not stay here again. A very strange experience.
