Situated in the private Shinnecock Shores development, this spacious and modern 3 bed and 2.5 bath home sleeps up to 9 people. The large kitchen is a chef's dream with modern stainless-steel appliances and accessories. The open plan dining and living area flow directly out to a large exterior deck overlooking the Bay. Downstairs you find 3 large bedrooms, including an expansive main bedroom suite with water views and an oversized full bathroom with walk-in shower and large vanity. A generous bunk room includes a full-over-queen bunk and a pull-out sofa. A lovely 3rd bedroom with queen bed rounds out the first-floor accommodations. Each bedroom comes equipped with luxury linens and large smart TVs. The first floor also features a shared main bath, laundry room and backyard access. The rear yard is ideal for day and evening entertaining. The patio area boats a large but cozy sectional with a free-standing umbrella. The outdoor kitchen includes a top-of-the-line grill, complete with storage and a countertop. The house is not only newly renovated but the host has equipped it with everything you might need--from a state of the art grill to paddle boards and kayaks to life vests (in all sizes) to a large kitchen. You are just steps from the water and a wonderful bay beach is just a few minute walk down a very quiet road. The ocean beach is about 15 minutes by car. In addition, the host is incredibly responsive and incredibly accommodating. We had a wonderful stay and will be back!! Thanks for a great week! ##### robert c. The home is well stocked with everything you’ll need for a day at the beach (chairs, umbrella, towels etc) and has an impressively furnished back yard with grill and fire pit for relaxing at the house with family or friends. We loved the SUP boards (kayak available too) for getting out on the water of the Shinnecock bay. Having morning coffee on the deck looking over the bay was a strong start to everyday during our stay. Hosts were very responsive and accommodating. They’ve really gone above and beyond to stock the property with everything you’ll need for a splendid stay. If that’s not enough, the beds were so comfortable as well!We will definitely be looking to stay again. ##### matt s. The location and view were everything: beautiful, peaceful, and relaxing. The house itself is in terrific shape and was perfect for our family, including two teenage boys and our pup. We rarely felt the need to leave—everything we needed was either right there or a short walk or drive away.A huge bonus was the location’s ability to avoid the typical one-lane traffic that clogs up other parts of the Hamptons. We were able to get to coffee, bagels, and the grocery store quickly and hassle-free. East Quogue made it easy to access the ocean, shopping, great restaurants, Hamptiki cruise and mini golf.Vinny and Vanessa were excellent hosts—responsive, helpful, and kind. It was a wonderful few weeks and we would absolutely stay here again.
