"We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to our fellow Maui families. We stayed in the new Kai Tower, which was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Everything felt brand new and well maintained. We had a wonderful experience and look forward to returning soon!"

"The staff were very friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. Our room was very clean with a fridge and coffee maker. The pool access comes with a $25 fee, which felt a little steep, but the pool itself is beautiful and the lounge chairs are excellent, making it a nice place to relax. The Wi-Fi was quite slow during our stay. The air conditioning worked well, but in our unit its placement meant it cooled the bathroom more effectively than the bedroom. One unexpected highlight: no roosters on the property, which is a huge win in Hawaii if you’re hoping to sleep in. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would happily stay here again."

"We had flown in from American Samoa on an overnight flight and were exhausted. The wonderful staff at check in got us in our unit immediately, it was amazing!!! The unit was clean and very comfortable, it was excellent."

"Great location and walking distance to beach. We were at 1st floor so we could hear footsteps loud from above. Kids were running above us so it was annoying. Amenities were excellent. It was really nice that they had all these beach equipment such as beach towels, chairs, umbrella, carrying wagon, and body surfboard. It was also great that they had a full size refrigerator, stovetops, utensils, and plenty of dishes & cups. We also enjoyed the clean swimming pool and hot tub and relaxing at balcony. Front desk coffee was very good. Shower pressure was great. It was a perfect size for five of us. I heard that they spray pesticide regularly but I did kill one big cockroach in the kitchen. Cleaning staff did an excellent job of tidying up the beds, empty trash cans, and change towels. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming. Overall, it was great. Our family enjoyed the stay."

"Although I paid in full, they charged me $35/ day as resort fees they should not have charges. They are not accommodating to extend for couple of hours since our flight is very late at night. Their check out time is 10am which is very early in my opinion. Check in time is 4pm and that is too late again in my opinion."

"The staff was so nice, friendly, and helpful during our stay. We had one of the upgraded rooms, and it was super cute! It was also really convenient being able to rent beach towels, chairs, and other beach items right at the hotel. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely come back."

"Property is an old building in need of updates. The beach isn't great for swimming and while we were there the pool was closed for repairs. The location is also not great, and isn't close to dining options. It was ok for 1-2 nights but I wouldn't stay here for an entire vacation."
