"We stopped at Holme farm cottage for a few days to celebrate our daughters 30th birthday. We had young children with us & there was plenty for them to do with toys games, puzzles & a games room at the property. We had a wonderful time & will definitely go again. LIZ & Edward the owners were so helpful & friendly & would definitely recommend staying here."

"We absolutely loved staying here as it had everything we needed. Well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, roomy living room with a sofa each and a private enclosed garden perfect for our dog. Great area as it was a short walk to the beach so we left the car behind some days. I would recommend the walk to Sutton on Sea and a stop at the Ice Rock cafe - amazing food..We had brilliant weather but if it is awful the book, toy, game library room is a really lovely touch."

"Nice quiet spot and great location for walks withour dog. Just 2 minutes walk from the dunes/nature reserve and 30 mins from miles of sandy beach.Cloverleaf was clean and well maintained with everything we needed for a short stay. Nice fully enclosed dog safe garden."

"It's a hidden gem!! It's so peaceful and with beautiful surroundings. Victoria and Tim are very kind and friendly. We loved visiting the pond and seeing the moorhens and theirs chick's. The area itself is quite centralised, so we were able to visit many places by car in about 30 minutes. We loved our stay so much, I would definitely recommend this exquisite converted church, thank you for making us feel so welcome."

"Perfect house for a family get-together for 10 of us (6 adults and 4 children). Great location being close to Skegness and local shops and takeaways in Wainfleet within walking distance (don't get caught out, as they don't take card payments - cash only!). Plenty of room in the house for us all, it was cosy and warm, and bedrooms were a good size. Hot tub was perfect, and very well-received."
