"The staff were very nice and always helpful. The only thing i did not like was that the toilet in the room was too close to the wall and my knees would hit the wall if i tried to sit straight on the toilet so I always had to be sideways. It was very awkward."

"We loved our stay at the Riverside. Although there is no restaurant for dinner on site, a complimentary shuttle to town was very handy. The only n downside was difficulty finding the hotel. Clean bathroom, very nice gel soap for bath, lovely large bed and crisp bedding No real facilities other than restaurant and the bar closes at 10. Very few comfy seats in the restaurant to retire to after dinner and these were taken over by a large group, so we had to either continue to sit at our table or go back to our room. Outside town so not an easy walk to other restaurants or bars Overall however the price reflects this and the hotel was very good value."

"We had a fantastic two night stay 11th-13th Sept. The new outdoor facilities were incredible and the hotel decor was stunning. We had a lovely couples massage which we both enjoyed. Staff couldnt have been more helpful & friendly. We had dinner at the Garden Grill and while the food was delicious we opted for a local pub for dinner on the second night as we felt the menu choice was limited. Otherwise we could not fault it. Hope we'll be back."
