Room was tiny and not very clean. Bathroom sink is outside bathroom, and shower floods the room as there is only half a shower door. No face washers with the linen. Aircon did not work and was quite noisy with the door open for air. Reception closed both nights before I returned from my work day to address these issues. Pity, as the check-in was pleasant. Also didn’t help that we had to evacuate using the stairs at 3am for a fire alarm, that turned out to be a false alarm.
