Welcome to our Holy Island Getaway! Our beautiful home is located on Holy Island, just a few miles from the Ironton Ferry and close to Castle Farms. The island offers great privacy, green foliage and is located between Charlevoix and East Jordan, with year-round access. Upon entering our home, you will be speechless with the expansive views of Lake Charlevoix and our 60' dock. We are truly a Boater's Paradise! The main level includes an upscale kitchen, a spacious living room, and a kid's guest room with a child's twin bed and an additional twin day bed that expands into a king bed. Not to mention the master suite with a bathroom, and a walkout balcony for you to enjoy the beautiful sunset. The 2nd level entails a loft style family room with a guest room, featuring a king and queen bed. Heading to the lower level, along with additional King and Queen bedrooms and the 3rd bathroom , you will find a walk out access to the lower patio, or stay inside to enjoy a 22' Shuffleboard Table! Make sure to take advantage of the 2 kayaks, paddle board and large group inflatables. Or, relax on the beach and play in the sand. And don't forget to bring the pup! Our home is also pet friendly, with a non-refundable fee. This may need to be charged separately if booked through a 3rd party. New to our home: J1772 Electric Vehicle Charger! \*A 2 or 3-night minimum may apply during our Winter Season and during Holiday. There is not a direct path to the water which I have knee issues and couldn't get down to the water so that was disappointing. The best feature is the location. we were able to rent a tri-tune and dock it out front because back side of holy island is completely protected. I was able to sail my Hobbie cat onto the beach. other locations on the lake are frequently too rough for beaching or even docking without a lift.A previous reviewer suggested that getting to the beach could be better laid out, we agree, and suspect updates will come. but not a showstopper by any stretch. ##### matt p.
