Resort and this year with the growing family (14) and increased prices, we stayed off the resort. Beautiful home is exactly as pictured. The house is secluded with minimal landscaping, but if you appreciate privacy and the outdoors, you will love the location. The property is very private and beautiful, especially after it snows which we were fortunate to have happen a few times. We enjoyed the trails, particularly the one that ran down beside the creek. The home is the definition of cozy. We appreciated the updated kitchen and wood burning fireplace and the kids played for many hours in the loft with the available toys. The basement space seems new, fresh and inviting. There isn’t a single spot that isn’t pleasant. While we stayed at the property, we enjoyed a few quick trips into East Jordan, as well as multiple trips to Boyne resort for spa treatments and taking the kids to Avalanche Bay indoor water park.
