This hotel was so cute. The lobby to the rooms to the restaurant in the front were all adorable. Ian & Martha at the front desk were awesome! And Mark at the Bar was amazing. The room was great and the microwave and fridge are always awesome to have in a room. I stayed in a renovated room on the top floor and had a view of the ocean from my room. You can hear the noise on the street but its normal in a busy city and wasn't to bad at night. The location of the hotel is great. Its a 15min walk to the boardwalk with restaurants and activates to do. Most places are an 10-20 Lyft ride away and the bus is $2.50 and 10mins away from the airport. The only Cons: * The air conditioner had a mind of its own. It would cut off and on and change the temp setting all the time. Kinda annoying but I got a fan from the front desk when I went to tell them about it and they came up with it within 10mins. One night I was frozen and the next it wouldn't stay on. * The shower didn't drain correctly the 1st 3 times I used it so I was standing in water but it never collected enough to run over. * The walls are thin so if you have loud talking neighbors you will hear them. luckily the loud people next to me were only there my 1st night and weren't up past 12am. Overall it was a great and I will definitely stay there again if I have the chance. So if you are thinking about booking here do it!! Call ahead of time to ask about the deposit details!

The property is centrally located with walking to attractions, restaurants, bars and CVS. The bathrooms could use more detail cleaning. Found several hairs in various places in the bathroom. Fridge was dirty. We did not use Housekeeping services during our stay but was accommodated when we requested fresh towels. More attention would be recommended to deep cleaning on the rooms.

Check-in was easy and staff offers to assist with luggage due to there being no elevator -which was great. Location was downtown and dirty outside. No parking/valet unless you circle around building to next street over for an off-site 3rd party parking garage. Internet in room was down so we could not use the TV (booked this hotel for a rest day to watch TV in bed) and the shower had a leak which pooled water in the bathroom, no phone located inside room to alert downstairs desk. Ear plugs are provided because it is in the downtown area and the nighttime is incredibly noisy. Bass can be felt from music up until bars close around 2am.

Resort and staff were nice. Paying to park is annoying. I’m staying at your hotel why am I getting charged to park my car.
