We had a couple of wild turkeys and dear walk through the yard. Very convenient to pretty much anyplace in East Hampton from the Village to the beaches. The pictures online did not do this house justice. Super clean, all the amenities you could want. We barely left the home during our stay as our kids used the pool, workout area and pool table. BBQ was big enough to BBQ for 12 people to eat comfortably outside. StayMarquis and the owner were very communicable. The house is amazing, with picturesque views and amenities that made our stay feel straight out of a show. The house comes with everything you need to enjoy your stay, with plenty of essentials in the kitchen (all the cooking and eating utensils, plates, cups, glassware, tools, etc.), bedrooms (anything you'd find at a typical hotel stay), and outdoor fun (grill and grilling accessories, patio furniture, pool furniture and shade umbrellas, cornhole, lawn chairs, coolers, etc.).
